Not only do you get drunk but you can get addicted

That's the double curse for some people who drink. They get drunk, they are in danger of accidents, alcohol poisoning, and risk from unprotected sex, assaults, and such, but as an added bonus, they can also get addicted. Drinking and living dangerously

Some people manage to live dangerously, drinking up a storm, and some don't. Some people die. Or go to jail. My former husband was a drinker and drove while drinking.
