I've been working at a rehab for about two years. People who become addicted to drugs or alcohol descend to such a terrible level. Bad health, bad relationships, destroyed finances, a past they don't want to remember and a future without hope. The ability to get help, a rehab that really helps bring about sobriety is one of the greatest gifts someone can get. When a family reaches out to someone who needs help but may not see it for themselves, when they persist through all the objections and make sure the addicted person gets that help, that's when a family really shows its quality.
